RESOURCES

The members of the research team are authoring documents that can be used as resources - we anticipate that they will be useful to practitioners who work with LGBTQA+ survivors of conversion practices, and for survivors themselves. Below are the following documents:

Pastoral Care Guidelines - A Guide to Improving Safety in Pastoral Care with LGBTQA+ People

Guide for Supporters of Survivors: A brief guide for those providing support to LGBTQA+ survivors of conversion practices.

A Brief Guide to Finding an affirming  Psychologist: A brief guide for those seeking a psychologist to work through negative experiences with religion.

List of Resources: Some people might find the topics in our project to be somewhat distressing or even triggering. This document contains a set of referrals and resources for people who may wish to learn more about these topics or speak to someone about how they are impacting you.

All of the documents can be downloaded from below.
